You buy rental days
Pick how many rental days your company needs this year. Any driver on your team can use them. Any car in your group counts. Use them in any week you like.
One rate all year
We lock your daily rate. Summer costs the same as winter. We never raise it when demand goes up. That makes your transportation spend easy to plan.
Pay monthly
We split your total into 12 equal payments. We charge the company car account you keep on file. We bill taxes and local fees once a month, after your rentals close.
Winter days cost 20% less
Your rate stays the same. A day you use in January–March counts as only 0.8 of a day. So each winter day costs 20% less. Your days last up to 25% longer.
No deposit
You do not leave a deposit. We check your business one time. You sign the agreement and add a company car account. That is all we need.
See every day and dollar
Your dashboard shows days used and days left. It shows what you have paid. It lists each car rental, toll and ticket. The numbers come from our rental system.

Prices are for each rental day. Buy more days and your rate drops. Your rate never changes with the season.

Winter days cost 20% less
Every January–March day, discounted
Your daily rate never changes. A day you use in January–March counts as only 0.8 of a day. That makes each winter day 20% cheaper. Your days also last up to 25% longer.
The spring to fall limit
You can use up to 75% of your days from April through December. So at least a quarter of your days belong to winter. That is where they go the furthest.
Rate, all year long
Normal car rental prices jump from winter to summer. Your rate does not move. We price it between the seasons and lock it for the year.
Four steps instead of a deposit
You do not leave a deposit. We do not hold your cash. We check your business one time. Then we put the agreement in writing.
Sign the agreement
The agreement sets your vehicle group. It sets how many rental days you buy. It locks your daily rate.
Add a company card
You add a company car account to your file. We store it safely. You sign a short form that lets us charge it.
Turn on monthly payments
We set up your 12 monthly payments. The first payment turns the account on.
Show us your business
Send your EIN and your insurance certificate. Name Drivo on it. Send your driver list. We also check that your business is at least one year old.
Pay up front
Yes. You can add money to your account up front. One dollar of credit pays one dollar of your bill. It covers monthly payments, mile packs and extras. This is your choice. Most companies just pay monthly.
Track your account in real time
See days used and days left. See what you have paid. See every car rental, toll and ticket. The numbers come from our rental records. Your finance team can use them as they are.
